All catering from Mesa Rosa whether it is picked up, delivered, or a fully catered set up, requires a deposit upon signing a confirmation agreement. The final balance will be paid at the time of pick up, or drop off to the catering site. Cancellations must be done 4 days before the event to receive a full refund of the deposit.
A minimum of 30 guests is required for a buffet service. Prices are based on a one-time pass through the serving line per guest. Children will eat at half the price quoted per person.
Final guest count must be determined no later than 10 days prior to the event. The customer is responsible for payment of the final guest count, regardless of actual attendance. Any additional guests will be added to the final bill.
Price quotes are guaranteed for 30-days, and are subject to change based on head count. Due to changes in food costs and head count, pricing may fluctuate after the guaranteed 30-day period.
The final menu selection must be determined 10 days prior to event. To ensure the availability of the desired menu.
Delivery fee is based on location of event.
there will be a 6% to-go charge on any catering pick-ups.
Full Service Catering:
We will require one hour before the party to ensure full set up of the food and catering equipment. There will be a $25 per hour charge for each server provided with a minimum of three hours. Mesa Rosa employees will be responsible for the clean up of the buffet serving area and the removal of all equipment. Mesa Rosa is not responsible for the clean up of the permises on which the event was held.
